We are very excited to bring you Coral Leisure Ballinasloe First Team Fitness Challenge, all for Focus Ireland!
Have you got what it takes?
What is it?
A challenge of 5 events. (4 single and one team event) Team with the most points wins. Events are Trap Bar deadlift, Assault bike, Dead Hang, Tyre Flip and Sled Push
One person will do one single event and the team then finish off the challenge with 2 minutes of sled push.
How many in a team?
4 participants.
When does it take place?
18th May. Time slots to be confirmed closer to the time.
